Your wedding cake is an important part of your wedding day - but it shouldn't cause you any hassle! My aim is to help you have the cake of your dreams, without it adding to the stress which can be inevitable in the lead up to a wedding. Planning ahead is key, so it is really helpful for us to meet up in plenty of time, talk through your ideas, think about what is possible, take into consideration your budget, and then create your cake.

Wedding cakes have changed so much over the years - no longer are they just fruit cakes, but a whole choice of flavours are available - fruit cake, carrot cake, chocolate, lemon, coffee, vanilla - and they can be deep sponges, tiered, stacked, naked, semi naked, fondant iced or buttercream - so many choices!
